Defendants shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, who subscribed to the insurance policy for actual expenses and received hospitalized treatment, did not need to receive the insurance money, such as Do water treatment expenses and daily allowances for hospitalization, with the intention of receiving the insurance money through false hospitalization, although he did not need to be hospitalized.

On May 15, 2017, the Defendant was issued KRW 1,755,423 as medical expenses for hospitalization on July 3, 2017, and received KRW 350,000 as the daily amount of hospitalization on July 28, 2017, and received KRW 1,755,423 as the medical expenses for hospitalization on July 28, 2017, based on a false statement of doctor H’s opinion that he/she received treatment for nine days, even though he/she was hospitalized for nine days, and received KRW 180,000 as the same date as the victim’s daily amount of hospitalization on May 29, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired insurance money by deceiving victims on the occurrence, cause, or content of the insurance accident.

2. Defendant B, who subscribed to the insurance for actual expenses and received hospitalized treatment, did not need to receive the payment of the insurance money, such as Do water treatment expenses and daily allowances for hospitalization, with the intention of receiving the insurance money through false hospitalization, although he did not need hospital treatment.

In fact at G Council members of Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, on June 26, 2017, to July 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was hospitalized for 15 days and received seven times water treatment in prison, and (b) two times in C democracy, and (c) on June 26, 2017, even if he/she was hospitalized for 15 days and received two times water treatment in prison, he/she was diagnosed as “from the diagnosis, such as the obstacle of the unknown shot.”
