1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,50,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 7, 2016 to the day of full payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the arguments, on March 31, 2015, the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a chemical experiment analysis equipment "Agtile HPLC Symm", the price of the equipment is KRW 27.5 million (including value-added tax). The defendant prepared a written confirmation of payment to the plaintiff on October 6, 2015 that the plaintiff will pay the price of KRW 27.5 million up to October 29, 2015, and then the defendant can be recognized that the plaintiff paid the price of KRW 4 million.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining amount of KRW 23,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 7, 2016 to the day of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
