1. As to KRW 269,480,50, and KRW 68,107,90 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 13,200,00.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Plaintiff is a corporation mainly engaged in the appraisal and assessment of real estate and other property, including real estate. 2) The Defendant is an association established under the Urban Development Act to implement an urban development project in Pyeongtaek-si Cdong.
B. 1) On July 10, 2015, the Defendant entered into a contract for appraisal services only with the Plaintiff and the Korea Appraisal Institute branch office (hereinafter “Korea Appraisal Institute”).

) Conclusion of the appraisal services contract with the following contents (hereinafter “instant services contract”).
Article 1 (Name of Contract and Scope of Work: Scope of Work: Appraisal in the following stages related to B urban development projects and related data:
i. Land appraisal before replotting;
ii. Land appraisal after replotting;
iii. Other appraisal necessary for an urban development project: ① “A” and “D” entrust the appraisal to “B (Plaintiff and the Korea Appraisal Board branch)” at each stage under Article 1.
(2) "B" shall, upon receiving a request for an appraisal and assessment, consult with "A" and determine the date of completion of the work and carry out the work until such date.
However, in special circumstances, the deadline may be extended in consultation with the “A” and the “Sick”.
Article 12 (Appraisal Remuneration) (1) The remuneration of this appraisal business shall be 100% (excluding value-added tax) of the standard rate of fees prescribed in Article 3 of the "Standards for Remuneration for Appraisal Business Operators" announced by the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs according to the amount of appraisal in each stage of an urban development project by the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs
However, where there are at least three certified appraisal agencies requested by the "A" and the "A", the relevant fees shall be distributed in proportion to the relevant fees of the three agencies based on the basis.
(2) “A” and “A” shall be based on remuneration standards for an appraisal business entity within one month after receipt of an appraisal report submitted by “B” at each stage.
