1. Basic facts

A. Article 7 (Duty of Confidentiality and Duty of Good Faith) The plaintiff shall not disclose or divulge to a third party any matters concerning important business matters, business information, etc. acquired in the course of performing the duty of appraisal and assessment, and shall perform his/her duty in good faith.
