Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 23, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months in imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
