Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
On September 30, 2011, A was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for larceny at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 14, 2012.
1. However, in fact, the defendant did not deliver 500,000 won in cash to B as the purchase price for the second-hand crafts.
Nevertheless, the defendant filed a false complaint against B for the purpose of having B receive criminal punishment upon request from B, and filed a false complaint against B.
2. On November 2013, Defendant B: (a) at the Ansan Prison, Defendant B was expected to be transferred from the Ansan Prison to another place; (b) on the grounds that the Defendant’s sentence against the Defendant becomes final and conclusive; and (c) in order for the Defendant to be transferred to the Seosung Vocational Training Prison by concerns that it would be difficult for the Defendant to face to face to face to face to face to face to face to face to face to the other or that it would be a good prison; and (d) the fact is, as described in paragraph (1), that the Defendant deceptioned A and received cash KRW 500,00 in the name of the purchase price for mid- and long-term products, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant received cash in the name of the purchase price for mid- and long-term products, the Defendant sent a letter of complaint to A and requested to submit it to the Mine Police Station;
As a result, the defendant had A file a false complaint for the purpose of having A punished his criminal punishment.
