Criminal facts

1. On February 17, 2016, Defendant B lent KRW 20,000 to the G main office located in YY-gu Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, and borrowed KRW 20,000 in cash at H coffee stores located in F on June 20, 2015, and it is necessary to additionally borrow KRW 30,000,000 to repay 3,000,000,000 in cash at G coffee stores located in I, and it is necessary to lend KRW 2,50,00 in cash to the police officer to repay her surrounding debt, and it is also necessary to lend KRW 1,20,000 in cash at H coffee stores located in Y-gu Special Self-Governing Province, and thereafter lend KRW 3,00,000 to the police officer with interest thereon on August 6, 2015, and thereafter lend KRW 1,270,000 in total,000,000.

However, in fact, the Defendant, while working as an employee of the above main shop, received KRW 90,00 from January 2015 to October 2015, and received KRW 500,000 as a customer, and had no record of account, etc., proving that the remainder of the payment was equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,00,000, knew that the father of A had a financial power, and demanded A to pay the credit amount, and he did not pay the credit amount. 2. On February 17, 2016, Defendant A filed a false complaint with Defendant A at the above main points located in Yansan-gu F in Jeonsan-si, Jeonju-si, and as set forth in paragraph 1.
