1. The defendant stated in the "Plaintiff" list of the cited amount sheet by the plaintiff in attached Form 1 in each plaintiff, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a company running passenger transport business, and the rest of the Plaintiffs, other than Plaintiff S and T, are workers employed by the Defendant and retired from office.

Plaintiff

S and T are co-inheritors, who were employed by the Defendant and engaged in taxi driving duties, and died on March 14, 2018.

Article 2 (Labor Type) Labor and Management takes the form of labor up to 13 days daily work, and the Company should equally allocate the number of monthly work days, barring special circumstances.

Article 3 (Working Hours) (1) The working hours shall be 16 hours a day, 40 hours a week, and 208 hours a week on 13th day.

(3) Since labor and management is a type of business for workers in taxi business place (on the road, customer, etc.), it shall not be recognized as overtime work hours for which approval is not granted by the company, considering the difficulty in measuring whether to work in excess.

Article 4 (Number of Days of Service) The number of days of service per month shall be 13 days.

Provided, That the last day of February shall be 12 days in the case of 29 days, and 11 days in the case of 28 days, and the benefits in preparation for taxi commission shall be settled en bloc.

Article 5 (Labor System) The wage system for drivers shall be determined by a fixed amount allowance (basic pay), an additional allowance (retirement allowance, and other welfare benefits).

Article 6 (Classification of Monthly Wages) (1) A driver's monthly wage shall be a fixed amount wage (basic pay).

Monthly wage calculation details shall be shown in the attached Table.

(2) Ordinary wages shall be determined as basic wages and continuous service allowances, and average wages shall be determined as ordinary wages and other allowances.

Article 14 (Basic Wages) (1) The basic pay shall be calculated on the basis of 16 hours a day under the current service system, and it shall include weekly leave allowances, and shall be paid in full to the employed members.
