A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2010, the Defendant sentenced eight months to imprisonment with prison labor at the Jeonju District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on August 5, 2011.

A. A. In this respect, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits by deceiving the victim.

B. Around September 10, 2011, the Defendant: (a) called, “Around September 10, 201, the Defendant called the victim H’s cell phone phone from Daejeon (Seoul) to the victim H’s cell phone; and (b) “Around September 10, 201, the Defendant would immediately repay KRW 160,000 by remitting KRW 160,000.”

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the ability or intent to repay the money.

The Defendant received 160,000 won from the victim H, namely, from the post office account (number: J) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

C. On August 23, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document in the column for “N,O, Daejeon East P, and Q,” and the phone number column for contact,” in the SK service new contract, which was kept in the place of the MT service office operated by L in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.
