1. 투약 피고인은 2019. 6. 2. 22:00경 부산 동래구 B모텔 2층 객실에서 휴대전화 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’으로 알게 된 ID ‘C’라는 불상의 남자로 하여금 향정신성의약품인 메트암페타민(이하 ‘필로폰’이라 한다) 약 0.1그램을 생수로 희석하여 일회용 주사기로 피고인의 팔에 주사하게 하고, 같은 날 22:30경 같은 장소에서 재차 위 남자로 하여금 필로폰 약 0.03그램을 생수로 희석하여 일회용 주사기로 피고인의 팔에 주사하게 하였다.

2. 매매 및 투약 피고인은 2019. 6. 3. 02:45경 부산 동래구 B모텔 2층 객실에서 휴대전화 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’으로 알게 된 ID ‘C’라는 불상의 남자에게 현금 20만 원을 주고, 위 남자로부터 필로폰 약 0.35그램을 교부받아, 위 남자로 하여금 필로폰 약 0.1그램을 생수로 희석하여 일회용 주사기로 피고인의 팔에 주사하게 하였다.

3. 매매 및 투약 피고인은 2019. 6. 3. 23:00경 부산 동래구 B모텔 D호에서 휴대전화 채팅 어플리케이션인 ‘즐톡’으로 알게 된 ID ‘C’라는 불상의 남자에게 현금 35만 원을 주고, 위 남자로부터 필로폰 약 0.7그램을 교부받아, 위 남자로 하여금 필로폰 약 0.1그램을 생수로 희석하여 일회용 주사기로 피고인의 팔에 주사하게 하였다.
