Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 15, 2015, at around 22:08, the Defendant told the victim B, who posted a letter “I am 4” on the Internet website, that “I am 230,000 won when I am 230,000 won.”

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to sell goods from the beginning.

The defendant stated that he will send an article without a mold, and he received 230,000 won from the victim as the price for the article from a new bank account under the name of the defendant-friendly C in the name of the defendant-friendly three.
