Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that, despite the lack of intent or ability to sell goods, the Defendant: (a) puts on the Internet website bulletin board of NAV, stating that “gallon LTE will be sold; and (b) the Defendant would first send money to the credit cooperative account under the name of NA to the subway Kwikset.”

The Defendant, as above, received 120,000 won from the defrauded to the above account on the same day, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On June 21, 2013, the Defendant puts a phrase “sale gallon 2” on a NAV’s website bulletin board, despite having no intent or ability to sell goods, and then sending smartphones to the victim E who contacted 404,00 won.

The Defendant received KRW 404,00 from the defrauded to the post office account in the name of F in the name of the Defendant’s father on the same day. On June 23, 2013, the Defendant acquired the money by fraud. The Defendant received 300,000 won from the defrauded to the above post office account in the name of the Defendant’s fatherF on the same day.

4. On June 25, 2013, the Defendant read “I sell gallon 1” on the Internet bulletin board of NAVER, although there is no intention or ability to sell goods at the place indicated in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
