Defendant

A on August 27, 2014, sentenced two years to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) in the Sungnam Support of the Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 25, 2016.

1. Defendant A

A. Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold philophones.

B. The Defendant, on May 22, 2018, injected No. 1) of the Narcotics Control Act - The first crime committed on the part of the Defendant’s hand by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones into a single-use injection machine and dilution with water in the trade in luxur room located in the Nam-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu around 21:00.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

2) On May 27, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of phiphonephonephones in the house of Daegu-gu H apartment I heading B around 11:00 on May 27, 2018.

On May 27, 2018, the Defendant posted approximately 0.91g of philophones contained in vinyl packaging in the house above B around 15:3 on May 27, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed a philophone.

2. Defendant B

A. The number of violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. - The Defendant, on May 27, 2018, was arrested at the office of the Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City Police Station's Criminal Investigation Team for Narcotics, which was located in Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around May 27, 2018. The Defendant, on the basis of the administration, phiphonephones contained in plastic bags, which were seized at the same time.
