1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 8, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

On February 4, 2016, the fact that the Defendant written a written statement of performance with the following content to the Plaintiff does not conflict between the parties or can be recognized by the statement of Gap evidence ( there is no evidence to acknowledge that the Plaintiff sold the following land or the Defendant purchased the following land until December 31, 2016). Accordingly, according to the written statement, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated by the annual rate of 15 percent per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 8, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the written statement of this case sought by the Plaintiff.
