1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 50,00,000 and the annual rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 13, 2016 to the date of full payment.

In light of the facts stated in subparagraph 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings, there is no dispute between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the purport of the statement and the whole pleadings, the Plaintiff leased KRW 50 million to the Defendant several times from November 17, 2014 to June 30, 2015, and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff by June 30, 2015. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 50 million on the record that the original copy of the payment order sought by the Plaintiff was served to the Defendant from September 12, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
