The Defendant is a person who operates a miscellaneous point with the trade name “D” in Busan Central District C.

On July 11, 2014, around 11:10 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant kept 1,072 SD cards reproduced by the Korea Music Copyright Association, an incorporated association, for the purpose of selling 1,072 copies of “F”, which were reproduced by the Korea Music Copyright Association.
