Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-offenders opened and operated a gambling box on the Internet and conspired to use profits therefrom in installments.

On June 1, 2014, the Defendants conspired and opened an Internet gambling box (Y) on which sports earth and sand and NAds (for example, games that meet even numbers), and operated from around that time to June 2014, the Defendants posted a promotional letter stating, “a general recruitment is made,” and “a certain amount of profit will be made if customers are recruited to do so,” and operated an Internet gambling box to enable many and unspecified persons to enjoy Internet gambling by distributing a certain profit.

As a result, the Defendants jointly opened gambling.

2. Defendant A’s fraud

A. The Defendant, in collusion with Z, AA, AB, etc., introduced the victim to the Z, etc., the transferee of the Defendant’s gambling operation right, so that the victim may receive money in the name of the sports soil price, by making it false as if he/she obtained a large amount of profit from the victim AC.

On July 13, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the Z, etc. that “it is a complementary device that our country is conducting professional research on sports discussions so that no absolute damage may be seen as being incurred” by connecting the Victim AC to the Z, etc., and contact the victim with the Z, etc., and that “I will purchase a sports soil in the games calculated by the program owned by our country and return it at KRW 30 million within a week.”

However, in fact, even if the Z et al., the Z et al. is no money in the water and the victim received money, it was agreed that the defendant would pay part of the sales proceeds of the above gambling 422 million won, so that the defendant would purchase the sports soil as agreed.
