Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar thereto;

The Defendants recruited to open and operate the online illegal sports gambling site, and Defendant A was in charge of overall control over the establishment and operation of the illegal sports gambling site, and Defendant B was in charge of assisting the operation of the above site.

From February 21, 2019 to April 3, 2019, the Defendants opened an “F” on sports gambling site using two assembly PCs in Ansan-si Office D Officetel E, Ansan-si. The Defendants posted a notice on public relations to recruit members of the said “F” online gambling website through 100 online gambling music sites, such as “H” in the Internet G, and then received money from a large number of members who joined the said website at least KRW 10,000 to KRW 10,000 at one time with the J Bank account (K) in the name of one member, and then received money from the said members to KRW 30,000,000 from April 3, 2019. The Defendants received money from KRW 40 to KRW 50,000 from each member, and received money from KRW 85,000 to KRW 50,000 from each of the above members, and received money from KRW 685,000 applied to each of the above games.
