Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 4, 2012, the Defendant committing the crime against the victim B is KRW 450,000,000 for the down payment to the victim B at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in Seoul Sadong (hereinafter referred to as the “Sadong-dong”), and the total cost of production is KRW 1,50,000 for the victim B.

It is intended to make the website within three weeks at the face of paying the production cost.

“The fact was false, but there was no intention or ability to produce the website even if the production cost was paid.”

Defendant received 450,000 won from the Nong Bank account (Account Number C) in the name of Defendant on the following day in the name of the production cost of the website from the damaged party, and KRW 200,000 from the above account on the 11th of the same month, and the same year.

8. Around 21.20,000 won, 40,000 won to the above account on or around October 10 of the same year, and 10,000 won to the above account on or around November 29 of the same year, respectively, have been transferred five times in total.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On April 2012, the Defendant: (a) falsely called the victim D, who reported and contacted an advertisement posted “production of a shopping mall site” on the NAV car page at the end of the end of April, 2012; (b) provided that “The cost of production of shopping mall would be paid in advance; however, even if the cost of production is paid, there was no intent or ability to produce shopping mall.”

On April 29, 2012, the Defendant received 166,000 won from the injured party to the said Nonghyup Bank account under the name of the Defendant on April 29, 2012, and continued the same year.

5.1. From around E, 280,000 won in the national bank account (Account NumberF) in the name of E, and the same year.

5.2. The same year: 140,000 won to the above-mentioned account in the name of the defendant, around around the day.
