Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of Eelhere in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si.

No one shall engage in any business activity that disturbs public morals, such as making male and female juveniles lodge together, or provide a place for such business activity.

Nevertheless, at around 15:00 on January 5, 2018, the Defendant did not confirm the age of juvenile F(16) and G(16 years old) in the above Eel.

G did not have identification card, and therefore, the G refused to accept him/her, but the F agreed that he/she was unlocked to enter his/her own and his/her car, and that he/she did not immediately go to G because he/she did not go to five minutes thereafter, and therefore there was no intention for juvenile marriage.

2. Determination

A. According to the evidence duly admitted and examined by this court, the following facts can be acknowledged.

1) On January 5, 2018, F(16), G(16), and her natives, I, and J, intended to enter a mutual influence around o’s p.m. in order to drink in a Moel, but were refused on the grounds of mixed accommodation.

On the same day, H(19 years old)'s resident registration certificate was obtained and held.

F, first of all, the I and J were to enter the room in the Moel.

2) F presented the Defendant’s resident registration certificate of H(19 tax) obtained from the Defendant working as an employee in the Eelbel located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, 15:00 on the same day.

3) However, the Defendant is F.
