Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From November 11, 2011 to March 31, 2014, the Defendant belonged to the management company of Busan Shipping Daegu apartment, and served as the head of the management office of the said apartment.

The management entity of multi-family housing shall not unlawfully provide property or property benefits in relation to the management of multi-family housing.

On January 25, 2014, the Defendant provided E with bags containing KRW 200,00,000 in cash, for the purpose of soliciting that the council of occupants' representatives, which will be held on January 27, 201 and the council of occupants' representatives, can be selected as a re-entrusted management company, at around 111 Dong 801, 801, and 27, which is the representative of the council of occupants' representatives, and the general secretary E.

On the same day, the Defendant provided the F (106 representative and the auditor of the council of occupants' representatives), G (109 representative), H (112 representative), I (13 representative representative), and J (116 representative) with one unit of 45,360 won per market price respectively.

Accordingly, the defendant provided property in relation to the management of the above apartment as the managing body of the above apartment.
