1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim regarding each real estate stated in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the attached Table A.
Reasons
1. On May 17, 2009, the deceased F (hereinafter “the deceased”) died, and the Plaintiff B, C, D, and the Defendant inherited the deceased.
② On November 16, 2009, the registration of transfer of ownership was completed on the land shares listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list owned by the deceased (hereinafter “G land shares”) and the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the same list owned by the deceased (hereinafter “G commercial building”) on May 17, 2009 due to inheritance due to an agreement and division on May 17, 2009.
Following the registration of transfer of ownership, shares in G land and shares owned by the plaintiffs and the defendant in G commercial buildings are as follows:
G Land shares (the net: 23.28/423.49) on the register, the division of the shares of the plaintiffs and the defendant on the register is indicated as 423.29 or 423.59. However, in light of the fact that the division of the shares of the deceased is 423.49, and that the aggregate of the shares of the plaintiffs and the defendant are consistent with 23.28.49, it is obvious that it is a clerical error in the 423.49.

④ On December 10, 2010, the Defendant and Plaintiff B completed the registration of preservation of ownership in shares of 52/100 and 48/100 of H buildings, respectively.
⑤ On April 29, 2015, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the gift made on April 27, 2015 to Plaintiff A and Plaintiff C and D with respect to each of 8/100 shares with respect to each of 48/100 shares in H building.
