Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in charge of safety management, etc. while working as a production director in the E,00 Vice Governor of the E,00.

At around 15:00 on January 30, 2016, the Defendant had the victim F (year 31) who is an employee of the E E E, a worker, work to cut freezing the frozen meat using the EMGB-32, the Defendant, as a safety manager, had a duty of care to manage and supervise dangerous work methods, such as regularly checking whether workers directly put the freezing meat at the entrance of the E, and to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, by managing and supervising dangerous work methods, which are equipment that meet the standards, as a person in charge of safety management.

Nevertheless, the Defendant prepared a huge type of rectangular type, instead of an exclusive hole, at the work site, and did not directly control and supervise the victim, who was unable to use the said tool at the entrance of the electric refrigerating machine, by negligence, when the victim did not enter the freezing machine at the entrance of the electric refrigering machine, and the victim was not directly sealed, thereby leaving the freezing machine at the entrance of the electric refrigering machine at hand, which was sealed by the hand at the entrance of the electric refrigering machine.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence during about 10 weeks, such as damage from the pressure of the first balance of the right which requires medical treatment.
