1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant abused the victim B (the 16-year-old age) on the roadside in front of the bus stops located in the north-gu, Busan, North Korea-ro 76-1, on the roadside, on the ground that he spits it down on the roadside, and assaulted the victim’s knick with his hand floor one time, such as the victim’s bucks, and the part of the bridges of the victim once.
