A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On January 201, 2014, C receives a request from Ha, a Slman’s Slman, to obtain a house security loan by using a false certificate of employment, etc., and C prepares a false certificate of employment, payment statement, etc. as if H works in E, I make a house security loan to the Nonghyup Bank.
