A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and a fine of forty thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu District Court on April 14, 2009, and on May 4, 2011, the Daegu District Court sentenced the Defendant to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny for eight months, respectively, and on February 4, 2016, the Daegu District Court sentenced the Defendant to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on September 11, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gyeyang Detention House on September 11, 201.
