The sentence against the accused shall be determined by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, May 21, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s body located in the new world department store set up with keys at the bicycle store of the new world department store located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju on May 21, 2017, on a 800,000 won in the market price where the victim B was set up with keys.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On May 21, 2017, the Defendant, from May 21, 2017 to May 17, 2015:57, driving a motor device bicycle from May 21, 2017, to 17:30 of the same day without obtaining a motor device bicycle driver’s license, driving a motor vehicle on the section of approximately 30 km from the front day of the new world department store in Seo-gu, Gwangju to the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, via an increased examination.

B. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving on May 24, 2017, without obtaining a motor engine bicycle driver’s license from May 24, 2017, the Defendant driven approximately 11 km from the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu through Gwangju Park to the front road of Gwangjubuk-gu, through Gwangjubuk-gu.
