If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on November 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) performed vision on the front side of D, located in Busan, for the reason that the victim E (ma, 55 years of age) was faced with shoulder; (b) turned out with breath; and (c) caused the victim’s face and chest by drinking and spathing; and (d) caused the victim to undergo treatment for about 21 days, when the victim’s face and breast part was spawn by drinking and spathing.
