Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s co-principal conduct are employees who run the livestock products sales business by running Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd., Ltd. B. Although the Defendants were unable to make a false indication of the origin of agricultural and fishery products or make an indication that may cause confusion with them, the Defendants were willing to encourage the employees to sell false indication of origin in the above manner.

Defendants conspired, from August 22, 2016 to July 20, 2018, the Defendants were able to kill foreign swine cattle c from the said stock company (government point) to the said company (government point).
