A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a Cren 2 car.

On September 27, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car as of 03:00, while driving the said car as of 03:00, the Defendant was driving the said car on the front side of the road 343 1-lane south-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, and driving it on the white-ro gate, from the front side of the road, the Defendant did not look at the front line, and caused the victim D(n, 26 years old) driving the signal at the front side of the horse course to take measures necessary for repair of the said passenger car from the front line of the horse course, and caused the said K5 car to be damaged by the front line of the said 3-day 5-day passenger car, the victim DF and the said 7-day passenger car to be repaired by the victim and the said 5-day passenger car to be repaired by the victim D, the said 7-day passenger car and the said 5-day passenger car to be repaired by the victim D and the said 5-day passenger car to the front line.
