On January 29, 2014, at around 11:55, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim on the ground that the victim slope E, a victim slope belonging to the Busan Dong Police Station D District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 from the Defendant that he controlled the street shop in front of the Csanbu in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and on the ground that he continued to pay a starting cost to a person who is on the street store E, a victim slope belonging to the Busan Dong Police Station D District, who was called “may be punished if he interfered with funeral”, at a place where many unspecified unspecified people are located.
