1. The Defendant’s KRW 24,820,00 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from November 1, 2013 to December 17, 2013;

Basic Facts

On December 16, 2008, the Defendant, as the insured, concluded an insurance contract indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant as the insured. The content of the insurance contract is that the Plaintiff compensates for the costs of hospitalization, etc. caused by injury or disease, and the monthly insurance premium is KRW 30,000.

The Defendant sustained injury due to an accident from February 9, 2009 to August 13, 2013, which was after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, as shown in Table 1, as follows:

After being hospitalized or treated at multiple medical institutions on the ground that he/she suffered from a disease, the Plaintiff received insurance proceeds of KRW 24,820,000 in total by claiming insurance proceeds under the insurance contract of this case.
