Punishment of the crime

1. On November 23, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Cheongju District Court for a crime, and on January 1, 2019, the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Chungcheong Detention House. On July 4, 2019, the Cheongju District Court was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of fraud and two years of suspended execution, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 12, 2019.

그러나 사실 당시 피고인은 피해자로부터 돈을 받더라도 에어팟을 판매할 의사나 능력이 없었다.

2. The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Cheongju District Court on November 23, 2018, and the judgment was finalized on January 29, 2019, which became final and conclusive on January 29, 2019, and the execution of the sentence was completed on the same day. On July 4, 2019, the Cheongju District Court was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for a purpose of fraud from the Cheongju District Court Chocheon Branch for a period of four months on July 12, 2019, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 16, 2019, and was not detained in the Cheongju District Court Branch for a fraud on July 16, 2019, and is currently pending in the trial.
