A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:30 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant was subject to the control for the seat belt by E, etc., leading up to the situation where the military police box of the military police station, which is under the traffic control by getting on and off the C car, was located in the direction of the C car.

When the Defendant received a demand from E to present a driver's license, the Defendant: (a) asked that “I am licker than the world age, but am licker; (b) asked that “I am licker, if I am licker, I am licker if I am licker; (c) I am knicker, I am hicker without nicker, and continued to set off from the said car “I am hicker. I am hicker. I am hicker?” and assault E’s micker twice.

Although the Defendant continued to board the said car and attempt to leave it as it is, the Defendant was cut off from F during the process of carrying out the said patrol box, and the Defendant used F’s right arms to walk at five times in a two-way way, and used F with the intent of “Isar fe.e., unsatch f.,” and used F with the breath to read “F’s satch f.e., unsatch f.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties by police officers on traffic control and prevention of danger and injury.
