A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2016 to February 16, 2016, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by providing the following business explanations: (a) from around January 1, 2016, the Defendant employed C, D, E, and F, a female of each Thailand, as a female woman of the Thailand; and (b) posted an advertisement for commercial sex acts on the Internet “G” website; and (c) engaging in commercial sex acts by providing a maximum of KRW 240,00 won for many unspecified men who have contacted with the said sexual intercourse with the said female.

Advertisement in the aggravated area (one year to three years) (one year) (special aggravated) advertisement in the area of increase (one year to three years), or mediation by using a medium with high radio wave, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic in the crimes of sexual traffic subject to 19 years of age or older;

2. Sentencing factors that are disadvantageous to the determination of sentence: The instant crime shall be determined as ordered by comprehensively considering the following factors: (a) the commission of sexual traffic by means of the Internet with high radio wave in officetels to recognize and reflect the crime; (b) the fact that the Defendant has no record of the same crime; and (c) the Defendant has no record of the crime; and (d) the circumstances of various sentencing indicated in the arguments and records of the instant case, such as the age, motive of the crime;
