The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is that the defendant reported the victim who is engaged in the conduct, such as incidental to the Gap's own door, at home, and attempted to do harm to the victim, and the victim only was injured in the process of speaking the defendant, and even though the defendant did not have inflicted an injury on the victim, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case to be erroneous and adversely affected the conclusion of the judgment.

2.
