1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff runs a steel wholesale and retail business with the trade name of “D”, and the Defendants, as married couple, are running a wholesale business, including building materials, in the trade name of “E”.

B. From February 3, 2016 to December 8, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a settlement agreement with Defendant C to the effect that “E shall pay KRW 264,457,340 to the Plaintiff” with respect to the payment of the price of supplied goods, etc.
