1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The facts following the facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by considering the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, and No. 6.

(1) The Defendant serves as the president of the C Hospital and is a doctor who has performed the Plaintiff’s surgery, and the Plaintiff is a patient who received the surgery from the Defendant.

Article 22(1) of the Civil Act provides that the Plaintiff shall be subject to the judgment of Grade 14(14) due to the instant accident and received medical care benefits after obtaining approval from July 13, 201 to January 7, 2012.

Since then, on September 12, 2012, the Plaintiff, who saw a pain again on the operation department, is in need of an operation for re-maintenance on the right side of the operation on September 12, 2012, with a doctor’s opinion.
