1. The Defendant shall in turn order the respective points indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 among the land size of 3,077.9 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun Co., Ltd. for the Plaintiff.

Facts of recognition

The following facts are not disputed between the parties, or the statements or images of evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 of evidence Nos. 1, and the result of the on-site verification by this court, as a result of the fact-finding on the head of the branch office assigned to the Korea Land Information Corporation by this court, it can be acknowledged according to the results of the survey and appraisal entrusted to the head of the Korea Land Information Corporation by this court, and the whole purport of pleadings, and the images of evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 are insufficient to reverse them.

On August 21, 2012, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of ownership based on the sale of land C, 3,077.9 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

B. The Defendant is the owner of 5,291m2 (hereinafter “instant land”) located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, the area adjacent to the northwest of the instant land No. 1, and is a rice farmer in the instant land.

C. The Defendant is using the portion (B) of 84.9 square meters in the ship connected in sequence of each point of the annexed drawings No. 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 among the land in the instant case for the bridges and rice paddys.

Judgment

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to deliver part (B) of the attached Form No. 1 to the plaintiff, who is the owner of the land of this case, with each point of the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 6, and 1 among the land of this case, to the plaintiff, the owner of the land of this case.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
