Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On August 7, 2013, the Defendant, around 13:00 on August 7, 2013, insulting the victim, publicly insulting the victim E by openly citing 20 persons who received free meals from Kimhae-dong, Kimhae-si, and 20 persons who received free meals.

B. On August 8, 2013, the Defendant, around 19:00 on August 8, 2013, insulting the victim, publicly insulting the victim by openly citing the victim’s “the same year, year, year, and year of death” on the road in front of the residence of the said victim in Kimhae-si F, and on the road in which ten neighbors hear.

2. Defendant B, on August 8, 2013, at the same time, at the same place as the foregoing paragraph 1-B, the Defendant threatened the victim E with the threat of the said victim as he/she would be at the time and place, stating that “Chos, kne kneel kelel kelel kelel kelna. B before the death.”

3. Defendant C

A. On August 29, 2013, at around 12:30 on August 29, 2013, the Defendant rendered a public bath to the victim E, who had received free meals from the Kimhae-si, and who had many elderly people who had received free meals, thereby openly insulting the said victim.

B. (1) On August 8, 2013, at around 13:00 on August 8, 2013, 2013, the Defendant threatened the said victim by taking advantage of the victim’s face as follows: (a) in the expenses of the Kimhae Public Health Center located in the Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si on August 8, 2013, “I have been suffering from why he would be late at night.”

(2) On August 8, 2013, around 19:00 on August 8, 2013, the Defendant threatened the said victim with drinking alcohol under the items of the said victim, taking a bath to the said victim’s residence, around August 8, 2013, at around 19:00, on the road of the said victim’s residence located in Kimhae-si F.
