Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 26, 2008, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on February 26, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver's License) in the same court on November 2, 2010.

On June 8, 2013, at around 15:20, the Defendant driven a bpoter cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 6km from the 6km section of approximately 0.153% under the influence of alcohol level from the 1408-3 Yari-si, Ansan-si to the 1408 Yari-si, Ansan-si.
