1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff was appointed as a police officer on December 16, 2002 as a police officer, and was promoted to a slope on July 1, 2012, and served in B police station investigation and economic team since August 2010.

B. On August 1, 2013, the Defendant issued a dismissal disposition against the Plaintiff on the grounds of the following disciplinary grounds (hereinafter “instant disciplinary action”) following the resolution by the General Disciplinary Committee for Police Officers at B police stations.

C. The Plaintiff filed an appeal review with the appeals review committee of the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, but was dismissed on November 13, 2013.
