The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. A summary of the facts charged [2014 Highest 170] When the Defendant’s employee B operates a C truck with respect to the Defendant’s business, the Defendant violated the criteria for the restriction on the operation of vehicles by the road management authority on June 22, 2002 by loading more than 1.17 tons from 10 tons to 1.17 tons from 1.17 tons from the 10 tons of the above vehicle, and more than 1.57 tons from the 11.57 tons from the 10 tons of the above vehicle at the front of a military person’s business office of the Korea Highway Corporation located 19.8 kilometers in the west Coast Highway.
[2014 Highest 226] When the Defendant’s employee B operates a C truck with respect to the Defendant’s business, the Defendant violated the criteria for restriction on the vehicle operation of the road management authority by loading and operating 11.075 tons of grain, which exceeds 10 tons from 10 tons to 1.075 tons, on the street of the Korea Highway Corporation at a point of 10 kilometers in the new direction of the Young-dong Highway, at around January 7, 2003.
[2014 Highest 227] When D, an employee of the Defendant, operates a C Truck in connection with the Defendant’s business, the Defendant violated the restriction on vehicle operation by the road management authority by operating the said vehicle more than 10 tons out of 11.3 tons of the limited axis at the Korea Highway Corporation located in Sinsi-dong 782, Seoul Metropolitan City on July 7, 2006.
[2014 Highest 228] When the Defendant, an employee of the Defendant, operates a C Truck in connection with the Defendant’s business, the Defendant violated the restriction on the operation of the vehicles of the Korea Highway Corporation at around 15:35 on May 29, 2006, by operating more than 10 tons of the restricted axis at a military business office of the Korea Highway Corporation at a point of 10 kilometers away from the 4 axis of the said vehicle, exceeding 11.960 tons of the restricted axis, while operating the C Truck in line with the Defendant
6. 1. At around 14:44, the said place violated the restriction on vehicle operation of the Korea Expressway Corporation by operating more than 1.265 tons of cargo loaded at the 4 axis of the said vehicle in excess of 10 tons among the limited axiss.
