1.On October 17, 1996, A, an employee of the Defendant, violated the restriction on the operation of vehicles by the road management authority by loading more than 1.3 tons of freight on a 2 axis and operating a B truck, even though the restriction is placed on the operation of cargo loading at least 10 tons of the load, in order to preserve the structure of the road and ensure the traffic safety on the roads in front of the Korea Highway Corporation, on October 17, 1996, in connection with the duties of the Defendant.

[2014 Highest 234] A, an employee of the Defendant, violated the restriction on the operation of a vehicle of the road management authority by loading more than 11.3 tons of raw materials into the 2nd axis of Ulsan-gu Busan-dong Petroleum Chemical Complex and loading more than 1.3 tons of raw materials to ensure the structural preservation of the road and the prevention of traffic at the winter-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, U.S., on April 20, 1995.

[2014 Highest 236] On April 26, 1996, E, an employee of the Defendant, violated the restriction on the operation of the Defendant by a road management authority, by placing a household on the 2nd knife truck, which was 12.2 tons of f8.5 tons in front of the nife nife truck located in Osan City, at the 45.5kim of the nife highway located in Osan-si.

[2014 Highest 242] On May 6, 1996, G, an employee of the Defendant, was in violation of the restriction on the operation of a vehicle by a road management authority, by operating a H8 tons car truck with the vehicle restriction weight exceeding 10 tons at the front side of the bamboo truck business office located in the Jungsung-gun, Gyeonggi-do, as well as the vehicle restriction weight exceeding 10 tons at the front side of the bamboo truck business office located in the Jungsung-gun, Gyeonggi-do.

[2014 Highest 244] With respect to the defendant's work, I, who is an employee of the defendant, may operate the above area at the Korea Highway Corporation located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do on July 31, 1995, in excess of 10 tons of the restricted axis.
