Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

1. Around 11:00 on October 18, 2014, the criminal defendant against the victim D stated that he/she would pay the victim D money in a way that he/she would normally repay the loan to the victim D at the PC located in Seoyangdong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and that he/she would use this mold only if he/she lends money to him/her.

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and acquired 500,000 won from the victim, i.e., e., the victim.

2. On November 28, 2014, the Defendant against the victim E: (a) committed an act as if the victim E would normally repay the borrowed money to the victim E on the G street located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F on November 28, 2014; and (b) stated that “The Defendant would repay the borrowed money within KRW 200,000,000,000,000,00

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to repay it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 100,000 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative (H) account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and by falsely concluding on December 10 of the same year that “I would make payment after one week” in the street near the company, and acquired KRW 650,000 in cash from tin, and acquired KRW 750,000 in total twice.

3. On May 28, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), while driving an Irocketing taxi on May 12:19, 2015, proceeding the front of the official distance in front of the Guide trees in Seoul Yang-si, into the sporade of the spoke in Seoul Yang-si, while making a U-turn and proceeding one-lane along the spoke basin.

Since there is a stop indicating the traffic safety facilities and a safety sign for concession as a combined road, the driver of the motor vehicle shall temporarily stop the motor vehicle according to the direction indicated by the safety signs, and the course of the motor vehicle along the right line in the direction of the proceeding.
