Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the vice-director of the Da-nam Headquarters of the Republic of Korea, who is a group that supports C elected as a candidate for the 18th presidential election implemented on December 19, 2012.

No one shall make, or have another person make contributions to, a candidate (including a person who intends to become a candidate) in connection with an election.

Nevertheless, on November 8, 2012, the Defendant offered 2 tourist buses to the participants with 40 people who participate in the event of the F Center located in the Donan-si, Danan-si, Danan-si, the Donan-si, the Donan-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant provided food and transportation services equivalent to KRW 681,00 in total of KRW 650,000 and KRW 31,000 in tourist buses to be a candidate for the 18th presidential election.
