Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 2013, Defendant A, B, C, D, E’s fraud caused a traffic accident to Defendant A, B, C, and G intentionally, and notified Defendant A of the method of receiving insurance money from an insurance company. Defendant A, B, C, and G consented to the proposal and informed Defendant A of the method in front of the Seo-gu National Sports Center in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, on December 15, 2013, according to the method notified by Defendant E at the front of the Seo-gu National Sports Center in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and notified Defendant E of the method. Defendant A caused the traffic accident involving Defendant A’s operation of the aforementioned illegal internship while running the automobile with Defendant C in company with Defendant C on the I SP car owned by Defendant C, while running it in company with the central line, and Defendant G caused the traffic accident involving Defendant A’s operation of the aforementioned illegal internship.
In addition, on the same day, Defendant A received reports and insurance from the victim (owner) who is an insurance company in which the above SP car is insured on the same day, and around December 16, 2013, Defendant E and G notified Defendant D of the fact that they intentionally caused traffic accidents while operating the above BM car, and requested Defendant D to repair the said BM car and claim repair expenses.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the employees in charge of the victim (state) marine fire insurance and deceiving the employees to receive insurance money of KRW 994,000 from the victim under the pretext of agreement with G on December 17, 2013, and then acquired the insurance money of KRW 14,702,030 from the victim from February 11, 2014, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2.
