Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 6, 2017, the Defendant violated the Aviation Security Act: (a) committed an act of disturbance, such as verbal abuse, loud singing, etc., such as drinking alcohol, drinking on a waiting aircraft in order to start from Vietnam to Busan; (b) talking about the Defendant’s daily fluence and talking in a large amount; (c) maintaining a well-being from the office room D (44 ) of the said aviation aircraft; and (d) making it difficult for the Defendant to do so; and (d) taking a desire to do so.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed a disturbing act such as abusive language, loud singing, etc. on an airplane under the mooring.

2. On March 6, 2017, around 22:30, the Defendant violated the Aviation Security Act and the injured Defendant received warning from the said victim D (44 years old) to the airport of Gangseo-gu, Busan at the airport of 108 Kim Sea, as seen above, and subsequently, the Defendant discovered the victim who was working for the said aircraft to help passengers safely get off and off the aircraft while landing at the Kim Sea, and discovered the victim who was working for the said aircraft to help passengers safely get off and off the aircraft, and caused the injury of the two parts, i.e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e.g., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e., the e.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the captain's duty in the aircraft by force, and at the same time, injured the victim.
