Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director B of a stock company.

1. The Defendant, in order to receive a successful tender in the relevant bidding procedure of D’s publicly announced from February 1, 2016 to February 11, 2016 at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building and B located on the second floor, and from February 1, 2016 to February 11, 2016, he/she promises to be able to directly give lectures at a public city except in cases of natural disasters and force majeure as the Defendant submitted a document to submit for the said bidding procedure under the title of “string”, “a lecture mission,” “a theme of lecture,” “the day of life”, and “the day of the first week” and “the day of the first week’s operation of D’s operation conducted at the public city, except in cases of force majeure and force majeure.

After printing out the lecture letter stating the phrase "the" into a catter, it has been recorded in the column without any authority for the purpose of exercising it, and forged 35 copies of the lecture letter on the part of E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, M, N, P, Q, Q, Q, T, U, V,W, X, Y, Z, AAB, AE, AE, AE, AF, AF, AH, AH, AJ, AK, AK, AK, AK, AL, AL, and AM, with no authority to sign it at will.
