Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On May 22, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for habitual larceny at the Chuncheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on the same day.

[Criminal facts]

1. On December 31, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went into the D convalescent Hospital located in Gangseo-si C around 04:40 on December 31, 2015; (b) went into the said hospital through the entrance of the entrance of the entrance of the first floor; and (c) went into the body room located underground; and (d) at the time, the victim E (44 years) of funeral guidance, who was on duty, was in the body room outside the body room, was the victim owned by the victim, who was in the body room outside the body room outside the body room, and stolen one 2.50,000 won at the market price of the body room, such as the list of the AW voting; and (b) thereby, the Defendant intruded the property by intrusion into the building managed by the victim at night.

2. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant discovered Lone Star or passenger cars in front of the “G” located in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, Seoul. The Defendant: (a) opened the front door of the said passenger car in which the victim was not corrected; and (b) opened the front door of the vehicle in which the victim was kept in custody in the vehicle and opened the front door of the vehicle and received the vehicle; and (c) stored one 100,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession; and (d) stored one 100,000 won of the market price, and another 208,350 won of the total sum of the money deposited in the instant passenger boat, including the money deposited in the 100,000 won of the market price, and the money deposited in the instant boat, which was 208,350 won of the 8,350 won of the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property.
